#17 Amazon Products I’m Actually Using During Pregnancy

This post contains affiliate links. As an Amazon Associate, I earn from qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. I only recommend products I genuinely use or thoughtfully recommend.

If you’re pregnant, you quickly discover that even small comfort upgrades can make a huge difference. These are the Amazon products I’m personally using during this pregnancy (my second go-’round) that have made everyday life not just easier, but a bit more luxurious.

#1 Pelvic Support Belt

After my OB recommended I get one of these, I searched far and wide for one I’d actually wear–because I’m no fan of even minor inconveniences. Some reviews say they didn’t get enough support, but I’m pretty sure that means they got a size too big. Use the size chart and take your comfort to new levels, because this thing is a game changer when it comes to how long I can stand and bend without feeling like my hips and back are going to give up on me.

Why I Love It

  • Drastically improves my back, hip, AND varicose pain
  • Knob adjustments on both sides make it super easy to customize fit (and saves the hassle of re-adjustment with prolonged use)
  • The fabric is somehow durable AND breathable–I usually get super-hot with additional layers, but I can wear this for hours

#2 U-Shaped Pregnancy Pillow

Waking up in pain is no way to start the day. I was a fool to wait until my third trimester to start using one of these in my first pregnancy, because I didn’t even expect the amount of relief I felt. I fully expected my back and hips to feel better with more support, but how did I not know that even my neck and feet would feel better?! Totally transformed my sleep.

Why I Love It

  • Replaces three “extra” pillows I had in my bed that were trying to do the same job
  • Pain relief in unexpected areas
  • Longer sleep periods since I no longer have to adjust (and re-adjust) pillows
  • Doubles as a nursing pillow post-partem

#3 Owala Water Bottle with a Straw

Okay–I’m not usually very brand-specific, but I have to be when it comes to water bottles. Especially with “pregnancy brain,” I STAY bumping into and dropping things, so I have put more than a few water bottles to the test and the Owala brand is the only one I’ve found so far that can be dropped (so far… at least like, 40-or-more times) without sustaining hardly any damage. Other water bottles just didn’t make the cut. Even my Yeti travel mug got a dent so big that the lid doesn’t get a full seal on it anymore.

Why I Love It

  • Insanely durable, even when dropped more times than you can count
  • The straw is totally optional
  • Perfect size for toting around AND staying hydrated
  • Actually keeps my drinks cold, so I don’t start losing a taste for it after just a couple of hours

#4 Magnesium Lotion with L-Theanine and Chamomile

I received this one as a gift and–full transparency–I was hesitant to try it at first. I usually go for unscented options but, when I started getting leg cramps so badly that they’d jolt me up out of bed, I was willing to try anything. I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle and pleasant the scent profile of this is, and it absorbs really well without any kind of greasy feeling afterwards. I also noticed I didn’t need it as much after using it for a week or two, which made me feel a lot better about the fact it was actually helping me rather than just masking the pain like other topicals do.

Why I Love It

  • Even though it’s scented, it’s a very gentle and pleasant scent
  • Absorbs super quickly without any greasy feeling
  • Gentle enough to use on my toddler when she wants to join in on the fun
  • Made in small batches in the USA with clean ingredients

#5 Women’s Maternity Leggings with Pockets (4-Pack!)

Is there anything better than a buttery-soft legging? Yep. Buttery-soft leggings with pockets! Sold in a 4-pack! Even if you don’t typically wear leggings as pants, these function really well under dresses, too. But they’re a solid fabric to avoid that see-through horror, wondering if the people behind you can see your underwear. I especially like the multipack option since I do tend to live in my leggings, and my pre-maternity leggings get super stretched out if I keep trying to wear them into my third trimester (RIP to my VS leggings).

Why I Love It

  • The super-soft fabric is thick enough to conceal under garments, but not so thick that I overheat
  • Over-the-belly support that’s the same color as the pants, so my shirts riding up isn’t a big deal
  • One word: POCKETS
  • Able to withstand bending, stretching, and even toddler toys being scraped across them

#6 RENPHO Eye Massager

This one was a Valentine’s Day gift from my husband and, to be honest, I thought it was a little *extra* at first. He’s super into tech/gadgets, so he tends to spoil me with these kinds of things that I don’t often think about. But, I must say, this massager knows just the right pressure points to hit at just the right amount. Wearing it is super comfortable, blocks out all the light, and it’s super easy to switch up the settings either by the buttons on the side or even through the voice controls. It’s officially my go-to whenever I notice myself getting irritable “for no reason.” (Plot twist: it’s hormones + muscle tension.)

Why I Love It

  • There’s a setting for literally any mood
  • The heating/cooling system makes it feel super-luxe
  • Option to choose between button vs voice controls
  • Makes me look like a futuristic princess

#7 Portable Weekly Pill Box

Confession time: I’m really bad about remembering to take my vitamins. During pregnancy, this is a bigger deal since it affects both me AND baby. I needed something small enough to take with me everywhere, large enough to hold my giant-sized prenatal gummies + other supplements, and it could be dropped without breaking or opening. I tried a simple plastic weekly organizer for a while, but the way those pop open (especially when over-stuffed and over-handled) proved chaotic, and I didn’t love that the labels kept rubbing off after using them for a just a few weeks.

Why I Love It

  • Durable as heck and stays closed
  • Specifically designed to be on-the-go, but cute enough to be on the counter at home
  • Engraved labels can’t rub off
  • BPA-free and washable

#8 Pregnancy and First Year Planner/Keepsake Journal with Stickers

I personally love to make checklists and plan ahead, but if it’s just on normal notebook paper, I tend to leave it in strange places or let it get lost among the other office supplies I have laying around. The multi-functionality of this is just too great to ignore, and I just think the stickers are so stinkin’ cute. I actually get excited to use it and it doubles as a sentimental keepsake, so I feel like I’m serving so many purposes every time I fill it out.

Why I Love It

  • Too cute to ignore or let it get lost
  • HELLO–STICKERS
  • Doubles as a keepsake item to look back on later
  • Durable enough to take with me to doctor appointments

#9 Amazon Echo Pop

I totally get the cliche of putting an Echo Pop on this list–just hear me out: I am a stickler about the lighting in my house. Even when I’m not pregnant, I get super irritable to notice lights being left on in empty rooms, and walking back-and-forth to remedy this problem only made me more frustrated since being pregnant. What started as a solution to just one problem ended up changing the game in so many other areas of my life. Now I have a routine for just about every frustration I was facing before getting one. I even use smart bulbs that can change color during certain Routines, so it really grabs the attention of everyone in my neurodivergent family when one gets initiated.

Why I Love It

  • Voice control lets me turn lights on or off without having to walk back-and-forth
  • So many unexpected benefits as an Amazon/Alexa device
  • Pretty much my second brain at this point
  • Can also receive commands through the Alexa App when I need to be quiet

#10 Cooling Blanket

I truly cannot stand being too hot or too cold. I tried using cotton sheets or microfiber throws that only left me more frustrated. I needed something I could wrap up in without over-heating and was machine washable. It took me a few tries, but I finally found this blanket, and so far? It’s like a dream come true. I only wash it on the cool water setting and dry it with low-/no-heat in the dryer, so it’s still in perfect condition. Everyone in my house knows this is MY blanket–though that doesn’t stop them from snuggling up with it when they see I’ve left it unattended.

Why I Love It

  • I can snuggle up with it and feel cozy without over-heating
  • So many size options–I went with the twin-sized because throws just don’t let me wrap up enough
  • Range of universal/muted color options to make coordinating with decor super easy

#11 Cocoa Butter Skincare Kit

For my first pregnancy, I got by with “regular” unscented lotions just fine. This second pregnancy has been in the dry, winter air and basic lotion was just not cutting it. I had this little kit leftover from my firstborn’s baby shower and THANK GOODNESS. I could feel my skin stretching to make room for baby and it would make me so itchy, but once I started using this, I finally felt consistent relief. All the different options–lotion vs oil vs cream vs butter–made it feel super luxe to use, too.

Why I Love It

  • Actually soothes skin for sustained periods of time
  • Added nutrients to preserve the skin throughout pregnancy and post-partem
  • The subtle scent isn’t overwhelming to the senses
  • Different moisturizers for different problems/areas (or consistency preferences)

#12 Mom Fuel Electrolyte Drink Mix

This took me from “I’m growing a human–don’t ask anything of me today” to “Let me help you with that–I’m not incapable!” I’m embarrassed to admit how long it took me to acknowledge the benefits of electrolytes. I had heard of athletes drinking them and totally brushed it off for myself because most options have an insane amount of sugar. One of my healthcare professionals recommended it when I explained my frustration over my poorly managed blood sugar, and I honestly didn’t it expect it to help as much as it did. Within the first day, I could manage my blood sugar, hydration, and overall energy levels so much better than I ever had before–even when I wasn’t pregnant!

Why I Love It

  • Improved my overall quality of life
  • Helped me feel less like an incubator and more like a human
  • Yummy flavor varieties keep things interesting
  • Sold in packets so I can bring it with me anywhere

#13 Copper Compression Arch Support Sleeves

I heard of compression stockings helping with blood circulation and achy feet, but I couldn’t use them because–as I mentioned before–I tend to get hot pretty easily. I don’t often wear even regular socks, let alone socks that took concerted effort to put on or take off. When I was trying to work retail during my second pregnancy (hats off to the mamas who do), I was desperate for added support. Even with inserts in my work shoes, my feet and legs would ache during all my off-hours and days off. I love these little support sleeves because they can be worn with any kind of shoe (or barefoot!) while leaving much of the skin untouched.

Why I Love It

  • Provides support right where I need it without touching anywhere else
  • Can be worn with any kind of shoe, or even barefoot
  • Breathable fabric prevents sweating, even when worn with socks/shoes
  • Does not need to be re-adjusted throughout the day

#14 Handheld Full Body Massage Cane

I’m not a huge fan of asking for help, even when I really need it. All the aches and pains that come with pregnancy made it really hard to function without assistance, particularly when it was in the form of rubbing my back in the spot I just can’t reach. As a stay-at-home-mom, I’d push through pain all day long while my husband worked and would hope his tired hands could dig into my aching shoulder blades long enough for me to get lasting relief. Lucky for both of us, it didn’t take me long to find this thing–now we both use it almost daily, and neither one of us has to wonder if our hands were up for the task.

Why I Love It

  • Used independently without the support of another human
  • Provides relief to even the most difficult-to-reach areas
  • Multi-functional for different pressure-point needs
  • Made in the USA with locally sustainably sourced materials

#15 ‘Mama’ Baseball Cap

This one holds a special place in my heart–not only because it was one of my first “mama” inscribed gifts during my first pregnancy–but because it has become a staple in my wardrobe. Baseball caps in general are essentially their own hairstyle, helping me feel put together even on messy bun days. But there’s something special about having the “mama” label to really drive the point home: If I look like my life is chaos, it’s because it is. Absolute gold.

Why I Love It

  • Makes me feel put-together even when I’m not
  • Muted colors go with so many different outfits
  • “Mama” inscription makes it feel like a badge of honor

#16 Shower Foot Rest

This one is specifically for the leg-shaving and/or DIY-pedicure-doing mamas. There’s nothing cute or fun about being hunched over a big ol’ belly just to make yourself feel normal, especially when it was a task that came so easily before. To someone not pregnant, it might not seem like all that big of a deal, but let me just tell you: being able to do basic hygiene tasks without feeling like I’m running a marathon is a huge self-esteem win. Cheers to no more mental breakdowns in the bathroom!

Why I Love It

  • Allows me to safely and effectively continue independent hygiene no matter how big I get
  • Gives my shower a bit of a spa vibe
  • Doubles as a pedicure stand for those extra luxe self-care days
  • Will definitely continue using after pregnancy, because who doesn’t love easy?

#17 Face Brush and Gua Sha Tool Set

This is another one of those things I’m adding because it helped me to feel like “my normal self” despite usually feeling like an oversized water balloon. Pregnancy is a beautiful miracle, yes, but waking up to a face you barely recognize because of how bloated it is? My mental health couldn’t always handle it. And, since I’m all about efficiency, the fact this kit has the gentle lymphatic brush and the cooling gua sha tool made this purchase a no-brainer.

Why I Love It

  • Helps keeps my insecurities at bay, giving me the ultimate “pregnancy glow”
  • The stainless steel gua sha tool can be put in the fridge for an extra cooling effect
  • Gentle enough to use even when I’m feeling extra sensitive

Final Thoughts

Pregnancy has been such a strange mix of beautiful, exhausting, exciting, and uncomfortable all at the same time. I’ve learned quickly that even small comfort upgrades can make a huge difference day-to-day.

These are simply the products that I’ve personally been using during this pregnancy that have genuinely made things easier — whether that means better sleep, less pain, or just making everyday tasks a little more convenient.

Of course, every pregnancy is different, but if you’re navigating similar aches, fatigue, or late-night restlessness, I hope a few of these ideas help make things a little more comfortable for you too.
